Return and Refund Policy

Kiama Communications Pty Ltd offers returns and refunds, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Always quote your order number so we can easily and efficiently deal with your enquiry.

If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, then we are happy to accept returns only on items that are in their original condition, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it, Returned items must not have been used, altered or tampered with in any way.
All items will be reviewed and inspected individually upon return. A decision will be made on a case by case basis.
If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for a full refund or exchange.
If your refund is accepted we will reimburse you the price you paid via the payment method you used for the purchase.
If we receive a return in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become null and void. Any items sent back to you will incur shipping costs at your expense.
The items you wish to return remain your sole responsibility until we receive them and acknowledge receipt. We recommend that you obtain insurance for your return and use a courier where you can track and trace the delivery.
We are not responsible for any item that is return by mistake or lost in the post.
Returns usually take, when received, 14 days to be processed. Acceptable refunds issued may take 5 days.
